Othman Ktiri (Casablanca, 1979)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

He is an entrepreneur and financial investor<\/strong> based in Mallorca since 2004 where he started in the automotive world. In 2005 he created his own company, which has grown to become the OK Group holding company, which closed the 2024 financial year with a turnover of more than 500 million euros<\/strong>, and whose main subsidiary is the OK Mobility<\/strong> Group mobility company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group combines different business activities, with nearly 1,000 employees<\/strong> and a presence in 18 countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Greece, Malta, United Arab Emirates, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, United States, Morocco, Albania, France, Turkey, Tunisia, Senegal and Gambia<\/strong>. Through OK Mobility<\/strong>, the group’s mobility brand, the company offers global mobility solutions<\/strong> to individuals, the self-employed and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of its commitment to the sponsorship of new entrepreneurs, Ktiri also has a venture capital firm, OK Ventures<\/strong>, which offers advice to entrepreneurs and financing to projects<\/strong> that generate value, are differentiating and propose a business model that is transformative for society and sustainable in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Othman Ktiri is also CEO of the investment company, OK Properties Socimi<\/strong>, created in 2022 and listed since 2023 on the Euronext <\/strong>Paris stock market, specialized in the acquisition and management of real estate assets for leasing in a profitable, efficient and sustainable manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018<\/strong> Othman Ktiri reaffirmed its commitment to society with the establishment of the Othman Ktiri Foundation<\/strong>, which carries out various solidarity projects and actions aimed at improving the conditions of groups in vulnerable situations<\/strong>, and promoting environmental protection and sustainable development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
